  • Should I wash my mask before wearing it?

    • Yes your mask must be machine washed at 90deg before you wear it

  • How should I care for my mask?

    • Do not bleach it
    • Do not tumble dry it
    • Line dry if possible

  • Is my mask rated as a medical/surgical mask?

    • NO. Our masks are not medically or surgically rated and are made out of fabric.

  • Does my mask/headband or neck strap come in variety of colours?

    • Yes. All our products are made using any of the fabric we have for selection on our website.
  • Are your products made in NZ?
    • Yes. All our products are hand made in NZ in our Auckland studio.
